About The Program

AT&T Untold Stories is an impactful collaboration between AT&T and Tribeca Festival, dedicated to connecting creators to greater opportunity. As the largest film production prize in the world, this $1.2M award goes beyond funding, offering comprehensive mentorship and a *guaranteed premiere at the following year's Tribeca Festival.

2026 submissions are now closed and undergoing review. In June, 5 finalist teams will convene in NYC to pitch their scripted feature projects to an esteemed industry committee. While the winner is awarded $1.2M, the four remaining finalists are due to receive $15,000 grants to support their film's development.

Throughout the year, Tribeca Studios provides the winner with holistic guidance—offering script notes, production and casting consultations, and rough-cut screenings to ensure the film is Festival-ready. Beyond the premiere, the winner receives expert counsel on distribution and festival strategy, ensuring their story reaches audiences and creates long-term career momentum.

*Subject to timely delivery of the film.
