We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to own the accurate, compliant, and thoughtful administration of payroll and benefits across the organization, including a large population of project-based and seasonal hires who support the Festival and creative productions.
This is a stand-alone, highly visible role with significant ownership and impact. The person in this role will also have the opportunity to strengthen processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s planned HRIS and payroll system migration to Workday.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance
Manage full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing for staff and project-based employees
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (including wage and hour laws)

Develop and maintain clear SOPs for payroll and benefits processes

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and employment regulations
Experience supporting project-based, seasonal, or high-volume populations preferred

TRIBECA is seeking a smart, self-driven Festival Relations Coordinator for the 25th Edition of the Tribeca Festival. Reporting to the Festival Relations Manager and Programming Manager, the Festival Relations Coordinator will act as the main hospitality contact for 25-35 creative teams as they arrange their festival experience. The Coordinator will assist teams with all logistical coordination leading up to and during the festival, including materials collection, press releases, ticketing, credentials, travel, events, premieres and screenings, as well as acting as the primary communication conduit between these teams and the various Festival departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES (DAY-TO-DAY AND BROAD) • Represent the Festival as conduit for communication between the Festival and creative teams with projects in the Festival • Point person for the logistical coordination of 25 to 35 assigned project creators’ festival experience from their invitation to their last screening • Request and coordinate information and materials necessary for the press announcements of the Festival lineup as well as the launch of the Festival’s online guide, including assisting with proofreading and working with the Festival Materials Coordinator and social teams to create social media assets • Collect and track filmmaker ticket purchases and work with Festival Internal Ticketing team to fulfill and distribute tickets. • Work with Festival Credentials team to arrange film team credentials and distribution. • Collect information from film teams to assist our Travel team arranging filmmaker travel for qualifying films. • Conduct additional correspondence with film teams on behalf of other internal Festival stakeholders during festival preparations • Confirm participants in on-stage screening activities (Film Intros, Q&A sessions, and Panels) and film team attendance for the Screening team • Coordinate invitations to Festival events and manage creator’s itinerary for all festival responsibilities. • Attend film screenings to assist the film team’s navigation of the venue, introduce Intro or Q&A participants with Festival Programmers, and assist the venue and press teams as needed • Act as festival host for all teams on the ground at the festival, including artist registration, festival parties, and troubleshooting any on-site difficulties.

Graphic Designer (Seasonal) Dates: May 4 – June 14, 2026 ABOUT THE ROLE Do you want to work for one of NYC’s biggest film and media festivals? Reporting to the Design Lead, the Seasonal Graphic Designer will assist in the design and production of branded content for the Tribeca Festival. They will provide critical visual support to the Marketing Team for Tribeca’s social platforms and the Production Team for Tribeca’s venue presence, utilizing both design templates and design thinking to problem solve unique requests.

Tribeca Festival is seeking an experienced Press Credentialing & Ticketing Manager to oversee press and publicist credentialing and ticketing for the 2026 Tribeca Festival, including 1,000+ members of the press and 300+ publicists. This seasonal role requires live events and/or festival operations expertise, exceptional organizational skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach under high-pressure, high-volume conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Credentialing Management Oversee the complete press and publicist credentialing process from application through festival completion, including reviewing, approving, and issuing credentials for domestic and international press, photographers, and publicists. Verify and authenticate media outlets, freelancers, and industry professionals while managing the credentialing database with meticulous accuracy. Create and enforce credentialing policies and coordinate with security on access levels. Press Ticketing Operations Manage press ticketing inventory and allocation across all festival venues, processing ticket requests for screenings, panels, and special events. The Seasonal Technical Project Manager, Web serves as the technical lead and primary owner of Tribeca’s website execution during the Festival cycle, supporting the organization through its busiest, highest-traffic period of the year. Acting as the bridge between marketing, ticketing, programming operations, design, and external development teams, this role is responsible for ensuring web updates, Festival programming, and site changes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. A primary focus of this role is the launch, accuracy, and performance of the Tribeca Festival Programming Guide, as well as ensuring a seamless path to purchase for passes, individual tickets, and membership during peak traffic moments. April 6 – May 8 | Part-time ($750/week)
May 8 - June 11 | Full-time ($1,500/week)
ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidate is collaborative, resourceful, and above all, a natural storyteller. They communicate eloquently and effectively at all times, easily translating big ideas into digestible content. They are experts at optimizing their writing to suit different brand channels (email, web, social, etc.) while maintaining a cohesive voice and style. RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Voice: Maintain a voice that reflects the spirit of Tribeca and resonates with our audience.
Editing & Proofreading: Manage and proofread copy documents to ensure accuracy, impeccable grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand voice and style.
Content Creation: Transform core messages into compelling stories across all brand channels (email, web, social), ensuring they reflect our brand voice, objectives and target audience.
Website & SEO Optimization: Leverage best SEO practices to write website copy, optimizing for both user experience and search engine visibility.
Social Media Support: Partner with Social Media team to ensure consistency across Tribeca channels.
Advertising & Promotional Materials: Craft persuasive copy for select advertising assets, including paid performance campaigns, full-page print ads, digital banners and placements, video scripts, radio spots, etc.
Creative Collaboration & Ideation: Work with the Design team to produce cohesive, visually engaging marketing materials; participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
Partner and Sponsor Support: Work closely with the Sales and Partnerships organization to develop tailored marketing copy that enhances sponsor visibility on Tribeca channels; develop editorial guidelines for external partners to enable effective cross-promotion.
Research: Stay on top of industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to inform content strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in creative writing, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field
2-4 years of copywriting experience at a creative agency or entertainment company
A diverse portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative and persuasive copy
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong editorial sensibility
Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools; knowledge of SEO principles (Hubspot)
Superior time-management and project management skills
Effective communicator adept at leveraging collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Box, Google Drive)
An affinity for film and entertainment
An ability to think outside the box
Experience with live events
Awareness and understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram)

Will Tribeca consider international applicants?
Yes, but applicants must have a current and valid U.S. work authorization. Tribeca does not sponsor employees at this time.
I really want to get involved, can I just intern or volunteer for the festival?
Tribeca does not have any volunteer opportunities available at our festival. If you’d like to be involved, you will need to apply to one of the roles available. Our internship applications open in the fall of every year, so please mark it on your calendar if that is an opportunity you’d like to pursue.
I think I’d be strong contender for multiple roles. Does applying for different jobs hurt my chances?
Not at all! In fact, our team is always looking for folks whose myriad skillsets might apply in new and inventive ways.
