Current (Reprise) documents the first ticker-tape parade in New York City since the destruction of the World Trade Center. In a previous video shot in 2000, Doyle captured the last parade before 9/11. Current depicts a vacated downtown caught in a storm of communication. As devices of technology seem to monitor or perhaps even propel the storm, the city is consumed, erased by a blanket of information.
