| Sweden | 30 MINUTES | Swedish, English
Drama
David is, like so many 10-year-old boys, fascinated by war: he builds plastic models of all kinds of military vehicles and plays war games with his friends. Fourteen years later, in May 1994, he has established himself as a news photographer, and is traveling through war-torn Rwanda with thirty-year-old reporter Mats, documenting the genocide of the Tutsis and Hutus. The Last Dog in Rwanda is a film about the fascination of war in all stages of life, from playing wargames as a little boy to documenting real wars as an adult.
