Langston (Marc Maron), a once respected television actor now relegated to one scene gigs, is stuck in the past. With a teenage daughter he barely knows and a much younger girlfriend of which he has little in common, he’s plagued by a relentless, ongoing awareness of what could have been. But his constant state of egotistical bitterness and regret is rocked when a shocking terminal diagnosis motivates him into action.
