NEWLY ANNOUNCED FALL 2025 TRIBECA MEMBERSHIP EVENTS:
“26.2” – October 27 at AMC Lincoln Square
26.2 follows four New Yorkers training for the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon: a retired math teacher, an NYPD administrative aide, a public defender, and an elevator mechanic. Between them, they’ve survived a stroke, cancer, a life-changing house fire, and finishing dead last in the 2023 race. They’re not professional runners. They’re people who’ve been knocked down and decided to keep moving. This isn’t a story about running fast. It’s a story about getting there at all.

“Alex vs ARod” – November 3
From the pinnacle of athletic success to the depths of scandal, Alex Rodriguez saw his prolific baseball career marred by a high-profile suspension for performance-enhancing drug use. Told through a series of intimate interviews with Rodriguez, ALEX VS AROD explores the dualities of one of the most polarizing figures in sports. With the benefit of hindsight and years of intense self-examination, Rodriguez confronts the personal struggles and controversies that shaped his journey from “Alex,” a baseball prodigy abandoned by his father, to “A-Rod,” the decorated MLB superstar driven by a relentless pursuit of greatness, no matter the cost. Featuring insights from family, friends, teammates, and broadcasters, the series examines the events that fueled Rodriguez’s rise and fall, as well as his extraordinary talent, his place in baseball history, and the personal growth that defines his life as “Alex” today. The series comes from directors Gotham Chopra & Erik LeDrew, and executive producer Lindsay Shookus. It was produced by Religion of Sports, the media company co-founded by Chopra with Michael Strahan and Tom Brady.

These include Sandy Chapin (Harry’s wife and the song’s original poet), their children, and notable figures like Billy Joel, Judy Collins, Mandy Patinkin, Dee Snider, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, and Pat Benatar, among others.
